We acknowledge all grievances within three business days and aim to resolve them within 30 days of receipt, as required by section 13 of the DPDP Act 2023.

## What we handle

- **Service quality:** concerns about the standard or accuracy of a reading you received.

- **Billing disputes:** unexpected charges, refund delays, or payment errors.

- **Data privacy:** requests to access, correct, or erase your personal data under the DPDP Act 2023.

- **Accessibility:** concerns about accessing our website or services due to a disability or technical barrier.

- **Other:** any other concern relating to your experience with this service.

## How to file

You may file a grievance using the form below, or by emailing hello@abhisheksoni.in with the subject line**Grievance - [topic]**. Please include your name, email address, a description of the issue, and any reference numbers (invoice number, booking reference, etc.).

## Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to:

- **Data Protection Board of India** - once constituted under section 18 of the DPDP Act 2023, for complaints relating to personal data processing.

- **District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Nagpur** - for complaints relating to deficient service under the Consumer Protection Act 2019. Jurisdiction is determined by your place of residence or the location where the transaction took place.
