How this rashifal is worked out
For each of the twelve signs, the sign itself is counted as the first house, and the engine counts which house from it each of the nine grahas is passing through. Classical gochara (transit results read from the Moon, as in Phaladeepika) gives each graha a set of houses from the Moon where its transit is favourable; anywhere else it is testing. The day's tailwind and the thing to watch in each paragraph are the strongest of those.
The Moon changes sign about every two and a quarter days and the Sun, Mercury, Venus and Mars move over days and weeks, which is why the readings change. Jupiter, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu move slowly and set the background. Vedha, the classical rule by which one planet can block another's good transit, is not applied here yet.

- Is this a personal reading?
- No. Each paragraph is the same for everyone born with the Moon in that sign. Which house these transits fall in for you, and which period is running in your own chart, come from your kundli, and a twelve way reading cannot know them.
- When does it change?
- At midnight IST, when the date changes. The reading for a date is worked out from where the planets stand at 12:00 noon IST on that date, so it does not change during the day.
