We acknowledge all grievances within three business days and aim to resolve them within 30 days of receipt, as required by section 13 of the DPDP Act 2023.

- Service quality: concerns about the standard or accuracy of a reading you received.
- Billing disputes: unexpected charges, refund delays or payment errors.
- Data privacy: requests to access, correct or erase your personal data under the DPDP Act 2023.
- Accessibility: concerns about accessing our website or services due to a disability or technical barrier.
- Other: any other concern relating to your experience with this service.
How to file
Email hello@abhisheksoni.in with the subject line "Grievance - [topic]". Please include your name, email address, a description of the issue, and any reference numbers (invoice number, booking reference, and so on).
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to:
- Data Protection Board of India, once constituted under section 18 of the DPDP Act 2023, for complaints relating to personal data processing.
- District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Nagpur, for complaints relating to deficient service under the Consumer Protection Act 2019. Jurisdiction is determined by your place of residence or the location where the transaction took place.
