What is Uttara Bhadrapada nakshatra?

Uttara Bhadrapada is the 26th of the 27 nakshatras. It spans 333°20' to 346°40' of the sidereal zodiac, wholly inside Meena. Its lord is Shani, its deity is Ahirbudhnya, the serpent of the depths, and its symbol is the back legs of a funeral cot, sometimes drawn as twins. The name means "the latter lucky feet": it completes the pair that Purva Bhadrapada begins, and is the quieter, settled half of it.
